Each kit consists of 5 test plates, conjugate, diluent, substrate, wash buffer, positive and negative controls. The results are given in titers allowing quantitative interpretation of results.

Every PCR test kit uses the same thermocycler protocol enabling the technician to perform PCR reactions for different targets at the same time on 1 thermocycler. The BEAR is a complete solution for running all your BioChek ELISAs. Load the BEAR with kit components and serum samples, press start and walk away. Results will be available in 2-4 hours. The results will be stored and can be accessed by the BioChek Software.
